The Opportunity We are looking for a Casual Dental Receptionist to join our Morley practice to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality customer service all patients. This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties. Enjoy dental discounts for both you and your loved ones. Key Responsibilities Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre. Collecting & entering patient details into the database system Dental for Windows. Scheduling appointments. Advising patients on post-treatment care. Processing payments, handling Medicare and health fund claims. Provide some chairside dental assistance to our Dentists in busy periods. Performing some instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures. Administration support and other ad hoc duties. Our Ideal Candidate To excel in this role, you’ll possess: Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage. Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner. Detail‑oriented. Ability to multi‑task and prioritise. Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently. Neat and professional presentation. Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
