Key Responsibilities Run design projects from conception right through to completion. Perform site inspections and mentor junior staff, with the chance to build your own team as you progress beyond the Senior level. Director and Lead Engineers encourage strategic input from all levels and promote a culture of continuous innovation and excellence. Lead and mentor a team of young staff. Qualifications Minimum 8 years 12D and CAD drafting experience including site grading, earthworks, stormwater drainage, road and intersection design, OSD and in‑ground services. Experience in land subdivision design and ability to work with minimal supervision. Diploma or similar in civil engineering or related field.
