A leading organisation in the medical products and healthcare solutions sector, this well-established business supports customers across Australia and New Zealand. Due to continued growth and ongoing digital transformation, they are now seeking a System Support Specialist to join their high-performing Customer Service & Supply Chain team. This role offers an immediate start. This position is a full time role (Monday to Friday). This role can either be offered as a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract role at $90K + Super, OR as a casual position at $45/hr + Super. Under both arrangements there is potential to transition to a permanent role based on tenure and performance. Work with a supportive, customer-centric team Exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation Long-term career development and training Competitive pay and great team culture Opportunity to move into a permanent role About the Role As a System Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following: Supporting the implementation of new technology within Customer Service Acting as SME for systems including JDE, Salesforce, EDI and phone platforms Managing system issues, troubleshooting and supporting continuous improvements Designing and documenting UAT and process updates Leading and supporting system-related projects Ensuring tools and systems are followed across the wider business To Be Successful, You Will Have: Demonstrated experience in a similar customer service or technical support role Experience in medical, FMCG, logistics or supply chain industries (desired) Strong computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems Valid driver's licence Must successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol test How to Apply To apply online, please click the APPLY button.
