Role Accounting Associate (Remote) About the Role We're hiring an Accounting Associate to collaborate with a global leader in AI training data. You'll use your accounting expertise to evaluate, correct, and enhance AI-generated reasoning across complex accounting scenarios. Your insights will directly improve the accuracy and intelligence of next-generation AI models used by leading technology companies worldwide. Key Responsibilities Create and refine complex accounting prompts and problems to test AI reasoning. Develop grading rubrics defining what constitutes a correct and complete answer. Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and completeness. Write model answers and provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI performance. Review and rank AI "chains of thought" for correctness, clarity, and methodology. Requirements PhD or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field (current enrollment acceptable). Deep expertise in financial accounting, auditing, or management accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design graduate-level problems. Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking. Fluency in English with strong written communication skills. Compensation and Benefits Pay: Up to $10,000/month Schedule: Fully flexible, work 5–10 hours per week (up to 40 hours). Mode: 100% Remote (global). Extras: Additional performance-based rewards.
