We are on the lookout for an energetic Part‑time Sales Assistant to JOIN our Rockingham store ABOUT THE ROLE This role will focus on delivering an amazing customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapport with regular customers, and recognizing loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner. Each Ally Fashion team member will be the ambassador of our brand, modeling our values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving while ensuring that we are able to make every day a brighter day as a team. The Part‑time Sales Assistant will be flexible to work on a rotational weekend roster, including late‑night trade, and will have opportunities to work in a variety of areas of the store such as the sales floor, front register to assist checkouts, fitting room assistance, and in the store reserves. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include staying on top of stock levels, connecting/consulting with customers, understanding customers to drive the store’s sales results, maintaining visual merchandising, and supporting duties. ABOUT YOU To be successful you will genuinely love fashion, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, work well under pressure, and have a passion for success. You will be proactive, hands‑on, and self‑driven; thrive when provided with challenges and work well either in a team or autonomously. You will also be an individual with flair who lives by fashion inspirations and trends, has an eye for fashion styling, desires to continuously exceed customers’ expectations, and will have a competitive advantage if you have proven experience in retail (preferably fashion).
