Job Title: Graduate Occupational Therapist - Sydney, NSW Hours: 38 Hours a week (Flexible working hours) Salary: Excellent pay (based on experience) + Super + Bonuses + PD + Training Location: Sydney, NSW Roles & Responsibilities: This role will see you working a reduced caseload encompassing clients of all ages and needs. You will be responsible for providing initial assessments as well as monitoring function and progress across several areas including, but not limited to: Fine and gross motor skills Sensory processing and sensitivities Daily living skills Coping strategies As you are a new graduate you will benefit from an unrivalled support and development system from Senior clinician’s: Intensive face to face induction training Ongoing in-depth monthly case discussions One on one supervision and Group supervision sessions Discipline specific professional development days The opportunity to observe experienced clinicians from all disciplines in therapy sessions On the job coaching and mentoring Regular support from a Team Leader, buddy, and Therapy Manager Benefits: Professional development allowance + courses + extra learning programs.
