We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing Specialist to design and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, expand market share, and drive revenue growth. Working directly alongside the Marketing Director, this role combines creativity with data‑driven decision‑making, connecting commercial goals to tactical marketing execution. You will lead a skilled marketing team and manage campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring measurable outcomes and business impact. This position is a full‑time ongoing position, based in Bundall, QLD. Main Tasks Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Work closely with the Marketing Director to align strategy and execution. Lead and coordinate the marketing team (Social Media Manager, Paid Ads Specialist, Filmmaker, Editor, Designers, Web Developers). Design and execute multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and ROI. Manage CRM workflows, automation, and digital funnels (emails, SMS, landing pages). Create scripts and content for social media, email, and SMS campaigns. Plan and deliver digital events (webinars, launches, masterclasses) to generate qualified leads. Analyse campaign KPIs including conversion rates, cost‑per‑lead, and ROI. Conduct analysis of client calls and feedback to refine messaging, improve engagement, and optimise customer experience. Apply insights from analytics to continuously refine content, SEO, and overall performance. Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related discipline + A minimum 1 year’ full time work experience in the industry. Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge Proven experience in marketing strategy, business development, and campaign execution. Strong knowledge of digital tools, marketing automation, and CRM platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional marketing teams. Analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement, optimisation, and customer feedback analysis. Excellent English communication skills (Portuguese highly regarded). Consistent track record of delivering measurable results in fast‑paced, goal‑driven environments.
