Why GPs Choose Our UCC Model This is a GP‑led urgent care service with clear structure, tight guardrails and a highly capable nursing team. You get to do meaningful procedural work in a safe, well‑supported environment – without the unpredictability of ED or the chronic disease load of general practice. What's Available Negotiate your preferred Dec / Jan shift blocks and access increased summer rates. Start now or in early – whatever suits your availability. Training & Support Training + induction provided for GPs new to urgent care. Dedicated urgent care nurses supporting triage, plastering, wound care & flow. Typical Presentations Lacerations, burns & wound management Minor fractures, sprains & MSK injuries Respiratory & ENT Fevers, infections, acute pain Time‑sensitive assessments requiring onward referral Who We're Looking For VR GP with AHPRA Specialist Registration Current ALS ED, UCC or rural GP experience preferred (not essential) GPs who enjoy fast‑paced, hands‑on, structured clinical work Why Ellenbrook Priority access to preferred shifts before rosters settle Opportunities to lock in an ongoing pattern moving into a new, purpose‑built environment with a supportive nursing and admin team If you'd like to confirm availability, ask about training, or secure your preferred shifts, we'd be happy to chat.
