Nearwater Real Estate is seeking a talented Digital Marketing & IT Student to join our dynamic team. This is a casual position based in our Shelley, WA office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our digital marketing initiatives and providing IT support to our growing business. The position requires a weekly time commitment of under 10 hours. What you'll be doing Assist with the implementation and optimisation of our digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing Provide IT support and troubleshoot issues for our team, ensuring seamless technology integration and user experience Gather and analyse data to inform marketing decisions and measure the success of our digital efforts Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and improve our online presence Help maintain and update our website, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date Provide general administrative support as needed What we're looking for Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Marketing, Digital Media, or Information Technology Candidates must be enrolled at a minimum of 3rd year level in their degree programme Strong interest and basic knowledge in digital marketing and IT support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms) What we offer At Nearwater Real Estate, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment.
