About the Opportunity Our Maintenance Service team is the backbone of our business, working across multiple sites to deliver shutdown and operational support in iron ore, lithium, and hard rock environments. We are looking for Mechanical Fitters with fixed plant crushing experience to join our team for current and future opportunities. These are full-time positions offering on-site training and the chance to advance your career, both on the tools and in leadership roles. What we offer: Full-time positions FIFO from Perth Competitive rates – plus quarterly bonuses Industry-leading food provided at MinRes site camps – run by MinRes’ own chefs (N/A for client sites) Opportunity for career progression and training Access to MinRes employee benefit program – including MinRes MyShare Plan Key responsibilities: Experience with Crushing Plants Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on large scale fixed plant machinery and equipment Repair & Maintain crushing and screening equipment by attending breakdowns and performing routine planned maintenance Demonstrated commitment to safety Flexible and versatile attitude Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team What is required: Demonstrated safety commitment Australian or Australian recognised trade qualification Current Manual C Class Drivers License (HR license desirable) HRWL (DG, RB, CN, WP) (highly desirable)Construction Induction Card Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable) Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements About Our Process At Mineral Resources, we are committed to employing individuals who align with our values and meet the requirements of the role.
