As the first face our clients see, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. keeping things running smoothly, the energy positive, and the salon feeling like the best place to be. What You’ll Do Client Care Greet every guest with a warm welcome and ensure their experience is seamless from start to finish. Manage check‑ins, payments, and rebookings. Handle phone calls, messages, and client inquiries with professionalism. Bookings & Scheduling Manage the salon booking system and keep the day flowing without clashes. Confirm appointments, send reminders, and manage cancellations/reschedules. Keep stylists on track and support with smooth transitions between clients. Team & Admin Support Act as the communication bridge between clients and stylists. Support stylists by prepping client experiences when needed. Assist with stock control, product orders, and deliveries. Handle salon paperwork and light reporting. Share knowledge about services, treatments, and retail products. Help set up and promote in‑salon specials. Keep retail displays looking fresh and inviting. Who You Are Friendly, warm, and confident with people. Highly organised, loves multitasking, and thrives in a busy environment. Excellent communicator (in person, phone, and online). Tech savvy (comfortable with booking systems + socials).
