Read on About the Role As a Dispensary Technician at UFS Healthcare, you will: Support and assist Pharmacists in the day‑to‑day operations of the Dispensary. Deliver high‑quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and customers. Work in a dynamic environment where responsibilities may vary depending on the size and complexity of the pharmacy. Prioritise and manage your workload effectively, contributing to the smooth running of the Dispensary. This role is based in our Ballarat Pharmacies with full‑time hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm. What You’ll Need Qualified with a completed Pharmacy Dispensary Skillset Certificate and/or Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy (Dispensary). Previous experience working in a dispensary setting. Excellent customer service skills and an ability to build relationships with patients. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively. A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. Aligns with our Guiding Principles as outlined on ufs.com.au.
