Help us create, connect, and care for communities across Australia Structured and tailored 12-month graduate program Work in a range offast-paced environments where no challenge is the same We’re looking for Safety Graduates to start their career journey in our Utilities and Construction business units. Working at both office and site-level, our Safety Graduates assist with the implementation and maintenance of Health and Safety processes and initiatives; as well as assist our operational teams with site safety support and tasks. This helps to achieve health and safety targets, manage critical risks and improve safety awareness. Highlights of our Graduate Program 12-month program that will expose you to a range offast-paced environments where no challenge is the same Career Development Framework (CDF) that maps out the skills, experience and competencies you need to progress from a graduate through to management personal development sessions> to enhance your professional growth Graduate Group Project to engage with our senior leaders, sharpen your presentation skills, and innovate solutions to improve Fulton Hogan’s operations buddy who may be a current or recent Graduate, there to help you with those day-to-day questions regional welcome andannual Grad Camp so you can network with graduates from your cohort and senior leaders in our business. To be eligible, you must Have a valid right to work in Australia Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be due to complete your studies before February 2027 Achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 out of 100.
