What’s on Offer 25 days’ holiday Flexible working options (WFH and working hours) Company‑funded external training Half day Fridays in the summer months (one a month) Role Summary The SEO Executive will report into the SEO Manager and this role is one primarily focused on all aspects of account management, communication, strategy, implementation and reporting. Main Tasks Manage your own portfolio of clients, overseeing all aspects of account management, SEO performance and marketing outcomes. Develop, present and implement tailored digital marketing strategies to meet client goals. Work on your pod’s client base helping where your time and skills can provide value. Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance to ensure accuracy, timeliness and value. Ensure all work that is sent to the client is accurate and of a high quality. Responsibilities Product Feed into the development and improvement of the SEO product. Follow internal documentation to ensure all clients receive the same service and product. Ensure reporting accuracy and increase reporting efficiencies. Ensure reports are sent on time and provide increased value. Devise strategies for approval. Implement agreed strategies. Communicate effectively with clients. Manage owned clients PR & Biz Dev. Help cross and upsell current clients. Help generate PR Ideas and stories. Contribute to the blog. Success Measurement Drive ongoing client results. Retention of your own client base. Prior Experience & Qualifications A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, or at least five years of proven agency experience in a similar role in lieu of formal qualifications. Experience in technical SEO, link acquisition, content marketing & content creation, with proven results. Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other standard SEO tools. Client services experience (agency background is an advantage). Working on well‑known and complex brands. Expert level at PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and results orientated. Great communicator. Nice to Have Working knowledge of other marketing techniques; paid search, paid social, programmatic and e‑mail automation. Degree and MBA.
