We’re currently seeking a Workshop Foreman to join our Shepparton team. About the Role As Workshop Foreman, you will lead and support our service team, driving performance through leadership, training, and development. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the workshop while fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers to help grow the business. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and mentor the service team -Coordinate daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service -Build and maintain strong customer relationships -Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment What We’re Looking For: We’re after a committed and motivated professional with strong attention to detail.
