About the Role As Senior Growth Manager, you’ll drive direct sales and market development for Levy, Eurest, and Restaurant Associates, and Rapport brands across the sectors of Sports, Leisure & Entertainment, Venues, Business and Industry and Airlines. You’ll own the end‑to‑end pursuit, from market canvassing and qualification, through solution design, pricing, and negotiation, to successful contract execution. You’ll also support the retention of existing contracts during re‑tenders, ensuring our solutions remain differentiated, commercially robust, and operationally deliverable. This role reports to the General Manager – Growth & Innovation and partners closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, Culinary, Technology, and our Proposal team to deliver client‑centric outcomes. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Build senior decision‑maker relationships and develop multiyear pipelines. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, costing, negotiation, and closing. Advocate for Levy, Eurest, and Restaurant Associates brands across Sports, Leisure & Entertainment, Business and Industry, Venues, Airlines. Advise and collaborate with internal partners (acquired entities). Create new market segments and solutions. Lead cross‑functional teams to secure major wins. Strategic Sales & Insights Develop sales collateral and conduct market research to inform growth plans. Collaborate with Operations to design and refine service solutions. Leverage brand USPs to strengthen proposals. Forge strategic partnerships and integrate emerging trends into proposals. Lead ideation workshops and deliver compelling, client‑focused solutions. Identify non‑traditional growth opportunities and future capabilities. Prepare proposals with accurate costing and risk assessment. Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and optimise pricing. Create annual account plans and report progress to leadership. Stakeholder Engagement & Safety Drive process improvements and provide market feedback. Support re‑tenders and maintain strong operational partnerships. Model and promote Compass Group’s Our Safety Culture. What You’ll Bring Strong sales and operational experience, with 10+ years across hospitality in sports, leisure, events, venues and business & industry. Proven track record in deal closure within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Executive‑level stakeholder engagement; leads through influence and collaborative problem‑solving. Advanced consultative selling, negotiation, analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; polished presentation skills. Extensive account management experience; high computer literacy with Microsoft Office. High financial literacy and commercial acumen; deep understanding of customer drivers and the end‑to‑end sales process. Consistent B2B sales record within support services, stadia, events or B&I sectors. Prior operational P&L accountability in hospitality/services. Tertiary qualifications in Sales/Marketing or Business. Additional qualifications in Marketing/Management or Business Studies.
