Find out more about Equans ANZ by visiting equans.com.au. What You Will Be Doing Provide both reactive work and preventative maintenance to a range of different clients. Effectively diagnose problems and perform work of a technical nature on heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems. Self‑manage workload with the ability to determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Mentor apprentices and provide technical onsite training. Establish and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring concerns and complaints are proactively addressed. Work closely with other colleagues and managers within the region to foster a strong team environment. Maintain current industry knowledge and stay updated with changes and advances in refrigeration, air‑conditioning systems and technology. Receive training and development for a variety of work required across multiple sites. Play a key role in maintaining and supporting a diverse range of facilities, including: World‑Class Museums and Art Galleries – Maintain precise environmental conditions that protect priceless works of art and cultural heritage. Major Hospitals – Support essential healthcare operations by ensuring the reliable performance of critical building systems. Renowned Research Centres – Contribute to groundbreaking scientific and medical advancements by maintaining complex HVAC and mechanical systems. Tertiary Education Institutions – Ensure comfortable and functional learning environments for students, staff, and faculty. Central Energy Plants – Work with large‑scale infrastructure providing energy to expansive and high‑demand facilities. What We Offer $3,000 sign‑on bonus. Western Australian Full or Restricted Electrical Licence. Applicable Trade Licence. Australian National Arctic Refrigerant Handling Licence. Central plant experience is ideal, however not required. We are more than willing to train the right candidate. Willing to undergo national police check & full medical including drug and alcohol testing.
