We’re seeking a dedicated Cremation & Keepsake Coordinator (Casual to permanent opportunity over time) to join our team. This unique role combines technical cremation operations with the preparation of ashes and keepsakes, ensuring families receive lasting memories of their beloved pets. Key Responsibilities Operate cremation and ashes processing equipment with care and precision. Prepare ashes into urns, boxes, jewellery, and create paw prints and keepsakes. Maintain accurate records, tagging, and ensure cleanliness and safety of facilities. Handle deceased pets respectfully and assist with viewings and deliveries. Collaborate with Client Care, Prep, and Field Teams to ensure seamless service. About You Comfortable working in high-temperature environments and handling deceased pets. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination for keepsake preparation. Physically fit for manual handling (lifting up to 25kg) and Q Fever vaccinated (or willing to obtain).
