Our Property team is seeking a Conveyancing Clerk who can run conveyancing files from start to finish with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Managing your own conveyancing files from initial instructions through to settlement Managing offthe plan transactions from start to finish Drafting correspondence and preparing documents Lodging of documents and coordination of settlements Liaising with clients, banks, agents and other stakeholders Managing PEXA and Duties On Line Qualifications Experience in Victoria with general conveyancing essential Experience in use of PEXA and Duties On Line preferred Ability to work juggle competing demands and meet deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion High attention to detail Exceptional client focus, ensuring all parties are provided with a professional service If you are keen to work in a friendly and rewarding environment, where quality service and client satisfaction is the goal we’d love to hear from you To apply, please select the apply button and submit your resume and cover letter.
