About the Role: Interpret and supply parts for earthmoving equipment repairs and maintenance Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries (phone & email) Receive, dispatch, and invoice goods using company ERP software (training provided) Liaise with local and international suppliers Maintain accurate stock levels through purchasing and stock control Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the parts department Occasional on-site deliveries and direct customer contact About You: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Mechanical aptitude or experience in a trade, parts, or heavy equipment environment Excellent customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Current driver’s licence and forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and computer systems Previous parts interpreting experience advantageous but not essential This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established business, with training and development provided for the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
