Join to apply for the HCM Implementation Lead role at Powerhouse Full-time, Temporary (up to 2 years) We are seeking an experienced HCM Implementations Lead. The role is responsible for the successful implementation of Workday, our new HCM system. To be successful, you will have a strong understanding of the relationship between Core HCM and other Workday modules. You will also oversee the HR Operations Partner function to maintain operational continuity and integration across employee lifecycle services. Prior experience with implementation of a HCM system is desirable. You will also have experience with HR function and HR processes and associated leading practices.
