Sigma Healthcare and Chemist Warehouse stores operate under a franchise model, and the same friendly owner behind this store also manages the locations listed below and oversees recruitment for them too Once you complete your application with us, please let us know if you’d like to be considered for opportunities at the additional stores below: Penrith Central CWH Penrith Distribution Centre CWH Penrith Plaza CWH In the Pharmacist role, your primary responsibilities will include: Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts Day‑to‑day management of store, dispensary and team operations Dispensary inventory management and order processing Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best practice Job Description About you Passionate team members are key to our success. Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment Exceptional customer service and communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commercially‑astute with business acumen experience and attention‑to‑detail skills Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills What’s in it for you?
