About the Role We are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Receptionist / Patient Experience Coordinator , reporting directly to the Patient Experience Manager .This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment , can multi-task efficiently , and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team . If you’re bright, bubbly, outgoing, and love creating exceptional experiences — we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Liaise between the Patient Experience Manager and the Clinical Team Build and nurture positive patient relationships Communicate treatment information clearly and confidently Coordinate laboratory work and ensure timely follow-ups Manage appointment bookings and schedule efficiently Perform receptionist duties, including phone calls, social media messages, and patient check-ins Carry out administrative tasks such as payment follow-ups, marketing calls, and patient engagement (“hype”) calls Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail at all times Provide a friendly, polished, and professional experience for every patient Contribute positively to a supportive, team-focused environment What We’re Looking For Exceptional attention to detail Experience as a receptionist (essential) Ability to work independently with confidence Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced team Strong multi-tasking, organisation, and communication skills A warm, engaging personality and genuine passion for patient care If you’re ready to grow your career and be part of a supportive, fun, and high-performing team, we’d love to meet you.
