The Opportunity We’re seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Private Health Insurance sector to shape and guide a high‑impact transformation program. You’ll work closely with senior executives, product leaders, and delivery teams to define architectural strategy, drive consistency across initiatives, and ensure technology investments align with business goals. What You’ll Do Define and drive enterprise-wide architecture vision and governance across portfolios. Shape solution designs that align with long‑term business strategies and architecture blueprints. Collaborate with senior leaders and C‑suite stakeholders to influence technology direction. Mentor and guide solution architects and SMEs to uplift delivery capability. Oversee adherence to architecture patterns, standards, and compliance . What We’re Looking For 10+ years in architecture with at least 5 years in a lead/practice management role. Extensive experience across: Health Insurance ecosystems: CRM, claims, member portals Digital Member Services: self‑service, customer engagement tools Exposure to healthcare or financial services (bonus) Strong grasp of cloud, integration, cyber security, and modern platforms . Proven stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing at C‑suite level. Familiarity with Agile delivery and complex vendor ecosystems. Relevant certifications (TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.
