You’ll bring: Minimum 5 years’ mine site fixed plant mechanical experience 10+ years’ post-apprenticeship experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g. Pronto) BENEFITS Permanent full‑time role with an immediate start. Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances. Receive a $12k residential allowance per annum, if you are residential and not FIFO. Receive up to $5k site allowance per annum, depending on your site location. Receive up to 10% short‑term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary. A fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover or allowance up to $5k. A fully covered Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance or allowance up to $2.4k. Pro‑rata long service leave (LSL) after just 5 years of service and be entitled to 13 weeks paid LSL after 10 years of service. Work with a team that prioritises safety.
