THE BUILDER: Our client is a well-established residential builder specialising in wholesale and investment homes. They focus on efficient, well-documented builds, steady volumes, and a smooth, predictable workflow. They’re now looking for a BOQ Production Estimator who enjoys working through detail, improving systems, and helping the business run at its best. THE DAY TO DAY: Preparing and managing BOQs and master files Improving, updating, and supporting estimating systems and processes Identifying better, simpler ways of working and helping implement them Communicating positively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders Supporting the Procurement Manager with purchasing and cost-related tasks Working daily in Databuild to ensure accuracy across all data and documentation REQUIREMENTS: Databuild experience (essential) Someone who likes working with systems, templates, and processes A team player with clear communication and a solutions-focused approach Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy Full Australian working rights (required) THE WHY: Stable builder with consistent workflow and long-term channel partnerships Supportive, easy-going team that values good ideas and continuous improvement A role where your input can genuinely streamline the business No chaos – just a well-run environment with strong systems Competitive salary aligned with experience APPLY NOW to be considered for this opportunity.
