SAP Functional Analyst

About the role The SAP Functional Analyst will be responsible for leading the design and build of the Timesheet & Leave solutions in close cooperation with the Payroll Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP tools, a solid understanding of business processes, and be capable of providing hands‑on support during the program lifecycle. Role title SAP Functional Analyst (Timesheet & Leave) Contract Duration 13 Month + likely extension Required Skills And Competencies Minimum 7+ Years of experience across SAP especially in HCM – Timesheet and leave including SAP S/4 HANA Platform. Extensive expertise in end‑to‑end implementation or migrations and optimization of SAP’s Time Management solutions within the S/4HANA environment. Experience with integrating SAP S/4 HANA time management through Cross‑Application Timesheet (CATS) with other SAP modules like payroll and project system management. Extensive working knowledge of Core HR and Time management system to meet specific business needs, identify and resolve issues related to Time and leave. Working experience in leave management processes, including absence recording and approval workflows, ensure data flows seamlessly to relevant downstream systems. Experience with BTP Services, S/4 HANA, Cloud ALM, Fiori and other Modern ERP systems. Benefits Peoplebank offers a suite of benefits for our direct contractors.
