Key Responsibilities : Hair Services : Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and hair concerns. Shampoo, condition, and blow-dry hair. Perform hair cutting techniques including trims, layers, and texturizing. Apply hair color services like highlights, ombre, and balayage. Style hair for various occasions including updos, braids, and curls. Provide advice on hair care products and maintenance routines. Beauty Services : Conduct skin consultations to assess client needs Perform facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, and mask application Offer waxing services for various body areas Provide nail services like manicures, pedicures, and gel polish applications May offer additional services like eyelash tinting, eyebrow shaping, or spray tanning Customer Service : Greet clients warmly and build rapport Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations Provide personalized service and recommendations based on client consultation Manage appointment scheduling and client records Address client concerns and complaints professionally Operational Duties : Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, tools, and equipment Adhere to salon hygiene and safety protocols Stock and maintain inventory of salon products Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuing education Required Skills and Qualifications : Completion of a recognized Beauty and Hairdressing qualification from a reputable institution Strong technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and various beauty treatments Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and communication Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality services Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for the beauty industry and desire to stay updated on trends #J-18808-Ljbffr
