Key Responsibilities Manage warm inbound enquiries and deliver a premium customer experience Assess client needs and structure deals across our diverse 50+ lender panel Handle the full application process — quoting, submitting, negotiating and settling Communicate with clients, lenders and internal operations to ensure smooth progress Maintain accurate compliance records and meet clear conversion KPIs Provide honest, solution-focused guidance that reflects our modern brand values Drive exceptional outcomes while managing multiple active applications Skills & Experience We're looking for someone who brings both capability and attitude.
