About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Surgical Nurse Unit Manager to lead our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Jacaranda is a busy 34 bed Surgical ward, including High Dependency beds. This role requires a highly skilled clinician with strong peri operative and Surgical Ward experience, exceptional leadership capability, and a genuine passion for developing others. About You You thrive on problem solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and providing dedicated and specialised advice to your team members. You will also bring Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience Previous experience in a surgical ward setting Post‑graduate studies in management qualifications will be highly regarded Remuneration Base Hourly Rates in accordance with Enterprise Agreement + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
