Responsibilities Take full ownership of end‑to‑end flight preparation and import / export operations ensuring compliance and seamless coordination across all critical freight terminal functions. Ensure seamless on‑time performance aligned with aircraft schedules and customer commitments. Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and airline stakeholders while upholding strict quality and compliance standards. Supervise cargo build‑up, manage dangerous goods, coordinate transhipments and optimise cargo uplift. Act as the primary liaison for operational changes, ensuring smooth coordination across all critical functions. Job details Permanent, Full‑Time opportunity located at Darwin Freight Terminal. 7‑Day Rotational Shift Roster, including night shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in a logistics, freight or airline environment. Ability to work a 7‑day rotational shift roster, including night shifts. High attention to detail and accuracy. Solid computer literacy. Capability to perform manual handling tasks with the capacity to lift up to 25 kg. Ability to thrive in team settings and independently. Strong time‑management skills. Previous face‑to‑face customer service experience and skills. Ability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Acceptance Certification.
