Job no: 8Y94H Guide and support our youth participants to enter the workforce 4 days per week, Fixed Term Contract based in St Kilda What will you be doing? As a Youth Mentor, you will proactively engage with job seekers, guiding them towards sustainable employment. Your role involves motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills to help young individuals thrive in the job market. You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes. Who are you? We are looking for someone committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting our youth participants into sustainable employment. Skills And Experience We Look For Include Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous) Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success) Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same) Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems Proven success within target driven environments is highly advantageous A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
