Work based around Bendigo Casual position - consistent hours (Monday - Friday) Full uniform & PPE provided About the Role As a member of the Brushcutting team you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work. Hourly rates are above award and dependent on experience. Responsibilities Operate various equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. Ensure open spaces are maintained to a high standard. Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures. About You Previous experience in landscaping gardening or a related field will be looked upon favourably. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects bend squat kneel and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat cold rain and the sun. Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Valid Drivers Licence.
