About the Role We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and hands‑on Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team full‑time at our Minto site. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, while also managing the accurate picking and packing of customer orders within our office environment (not a warehouse). Responsibilities Processing and fulfilling customer orders with care and attention to detail Picking and packing orders in an organised office setting Coordinating deliveries and liaising with couriers Preparing and issuing invoices Handling inbound calls, emails, and responding to customer enquiries Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients (new & existing) and suppliers Maintaining and updating records in our ERP system Assisting with general administrative and office support tasks as required About You You take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a small, supportive, family‑run team. You’re organised, reliable, and comfortable managing a mix of customer service, admin, and hands‑on tasks. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A warm, professional manner in person and on the phone The ability to negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders A positive, proactive, team‑focused attitude High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Why Join Us?
