We are currently recruiting an Audience Performance Senior Analyst who will play a pivotal part in how the Foxtel Group reports audience performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise in planning, organising, and executing audience metrics will reinforce Foxtel Group’s invaluable partnerships with Australia’s leading sporting codes and entertainment partners. As an Audience Performance Senior Analyst, you will be at the heart of understanding how our content performs, while working across our biggest sporting codes and events. Key Responsibilities Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to plan and organise the smooth running of audience ratings. Producing comprehensive audience metrics and insightful commentary by 9 am the day following key sporting events. Working across Preliminary Average Audience & Reach across Set-Top-Box Linear, Kayo, Binge, Go/Now and Combined Foxtel Group platforms. Supporting the Content Audience and Performance team with Business As Usual (BAU) tasks as required. This role is equivalent to 38 hours across the week, noting that early morning preparation required on weekends and public holidays to ensure timely reporting. About your experience Proven experience in content and audience reporting roles. Expertise in data manipulation and interrogation, with significant experience in Excel and SQL. A track record of insights generation, moving beyond raw data to uncover meaningful trends and opportunities. Strong analytical skills to draw key insights from complex audience and ratings data. Excellent communication skills – you are an open and collaborative communicator with a proven ability to influence outcomes based on clear and concise messaging. The ability to thrive in ambiguity, chase down truths in messy datasets, and bring structure where needed. A talent for translating complex analysis into clear narratives that inspire confident decisions. A strategic mindset to understand the underlying questions, shaping the data to surface meaningful insights and identifying areas worth deeper investigation. Strong familiarity with Australia’s biggest sporting codes and events, including AFL, NRL, Cricket, Supercars, NBL, Golf.
