Staff Nurse Older Adult Inpatient The closing date is 05 December 2025 Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT) has a purpose built inpatient mental health unit for older adults in Northampton at Berrywood Hospital. We are currently recruiting for Band 5 RMN's on Brookview Ward which is a 8 bedded Organic Ward for the over 65 years old. Overtime incentive Bespoke training and development opportunities Preceptorship package with follow on mentorship training Recovery principles are embedded in all our activities The older adult ward is AIMS accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatry We have fantastic opportunities for both newly qualified and experienced nurses Main duties of the job Our Ward is committed to delivering high quality care to our Service Users with a focus on Service User and Carers involvement at every level. 12 bedded Organic Assessment & Treatment Ward at Berrywood We offer a Preceptorship Programme, mandatory and area specific training programme including Personal Safety Course and opportunities for ongoing learning within NHFT through links with Northampton University and The Open University.
