Working within a local office in the heart of Aitkenvale, this is an amazing opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and skills throughout a 12 month traineeship. About the role: Customer Service Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Use of Microsoft Office Suites What we’re looking for - Skills & Experience Attention to detail and problem solving skills Ability to take direction and work within a team Punctual, reliable and positive attitude What can you expect from us?
