The Role We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality physiotherapy and allied health services to our residents. Your work will directly contribute to optimising their health, safety, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and reviews Developing innovative, individualised treatment and care plans Providing hands‑on physiotherapy to manage pain and maintain quality of life Leading rehabilitation programmes and falls‑prevention initiatives Designing and delivering exercise programmes tailored to residents’ needs Assessing and prescribing mobility aids and functional equipment Providing manual handling training for staff and general education for residents and families What You’ll Need to Succeed Degree in Physiotherapy Current AHPRA registration Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards (desirable) Full working rights in Australia NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Passionate about delivering person‑centred care Strong verbal and written communication skills Empathetic, caring, and committed to making a positive impact Benefits of joining us $85,000 – $90,000 depending on experience + 12% Superannuation Not‑for‑Profit salary packaging: up to $15,900 tax‑free + $2,650 Meals & Entertainment Card Access to Blue Light Card Australia discounts – online and in‑store Onsite parking for ease and convenience Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family – 24/7 confidential support Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Be part of a rewarding not‑for‑profit organisation with award‑winning culture programmes Interested?
