About the Role As our Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening organisational capability and supporting the growth of our future workforce. You’ll design and facilitate our Graduate Program, coordinate development activities for apprentices and trainees, and build engaging e-learning content aligned to organisational priorities. You’ll partner with leaders and SMEs to understand capability needs and translate them into practical, learner-focused solutions. What You’ll Do Design, deliver and enhance our Graduate Program (workshops, pathways, coaching, activities). Support apprentices and trainees with onboarding, progression and development. Create and maintain e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia. Facilitate engaging virtual and face-to-face workshops, inductions and training sessions. Partner with leaders and SMEs to develop practical learning solutions. Manage training records, reporting and learning systems. Support broader L&D initiatives and capability-building projects. What You’ll Bring Experience in Learning & Development, ideally with early-career/evolving talent programs. Strong facilitation and group presentation skills. Experience designing blended learning experiences. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
