If you're seeking meaningful nursing work with real flexibility, this is it. Join Serco's Virtual Clinical Team on a 20hr/week casual contract, with the option to pick up additional hours. You'll provide clinical triage and safe care guidance to callers across Australia using evidence-based pathways and secure digital systems. What you'll do: Triage and assess callers Extract and interpret key clinical information Provide evidence-based guidance via clinical pathways Refer or escalate when required Complete accurate documentation in secure systems Training: We provide one week of paid online training. Full attendance is essential. You’ll thrive here if you: Are an RN with unrestricted AHPRA registration (3+ years) Have 3 years full-time (or equivalent) recent experience in acute, ED, primary health or rural/remote settings Show strong clinical judgement and remain calm under pressure Are confident navigating digital systems, CRMs and telehealth platforms Have a private home workspace, reliable Wi‑Fi and strong mobile reception Can work 24/7 rotating shifts, incl. days, evenings, nights and weekends At Serco, you'll be part of a global team delivering essential public services.
