About the role We are currently seeking motivated Process Workers to join our salad processing facility in Bibra Lake. You will be responsible for working on the production lines and working effectively and efficiently towards strict food quality standards. A range of shifts are available. Must be physically fit, lift up to 15 kg sometimes repetitively, have sound English both verbal and written to complete the required compliance paperwork. We do work some public holidays and Sundays during our peak period (penalty rates apply). Key Responsibilities Operation of machinery and equipment on food processing lines Achieving output and line speed targets within set timeframes Working in fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability Ensuring food safety standards are met Maintaining a clean and safe work area About You A proactive-can do attitude with an invested interest in continuous improvement and advancement in your role Must be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20kg Be willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees).
