Medical Receptionist Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast‑paced clinic located at Olympic Park in a full‑time capacity. Ideal candidates will be available Mon – Sun on a rotating roster. Join a supportive environment with career development opportunities:Free onsite parking available for all IOP staff with access to public transport.7‑day rotating roster. As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for: Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner Front‑of‑house reception / greeting patients upon arrival Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers Issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required Entering and updating patient registration details Ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times You Will Have Strong customer service and patient focus skills Eagerness to learn Excellent time management and organisational skills High level of attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team Experience in a radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded We Offer A dynamic team environment Attractive remuneration and benefits Paid parental leave Potential for growth Commitment to professional development and education Flexible and supportive working arrangements About Us Imaging @ Olympic Park is Australia's premier musculoskeletal medical imaging practice.
