The Opportunity Reporting to an experienced and supportive Home Manager, the Clinical Care Manager plays a pivotal leadership role at Calvary Barongarook Gardens. You will lead their dedicated clinical and care teams to ensure residents receive exceptional care that honours their individuality, independence, and dignity. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your engaging leadership capabilities and contribute to the continuous improvement of care delivery across the home. Key areas of responsibility include: Ensuring the provision of comprehensive, evidence-based clinical care tailored to each resident’s needs. Championing resident and family engagement in care planning and decision-making. Overseeing and conducting all AN-ACC reappraisals and related assessments. Supporting and mentoring RNs and ENs to uphold high standards of clinical practice and reporting. Conducting regular clinical audits and assessments to identify and address gaps in care delivery. About You We are seeking a motivated and compassionate aged care professional who leads with integrity and empathy. With a strong clinical background and proven leadership experience, you foster collaboration, accountability, and excellence within your team. The ideal candidate will have: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions). Demonstrated senior clinical or management experience in the aged care sector. Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance, and emerging best practice trends. Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with sound HR management and negotiation skills. Proficiency with digital systems and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools.
