We're seeking a hands‑on, customer‑focused Deskside Engineer/IT Support Technician to join our fast‑paced team. You'll be the go‑to expert for hardware troubleshooting, device refreshes, and AV support‑whether it’s through our ticketing system or face‑to‑face at our TechBar. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on solving problems, managing stock, and delivering exceptional service with a smile. What You’ll Be Doing Provide real‑time support via ticketing system or TechBar walk‑up centre Troubleshoot and resolve hardware‑related issues on the spot Manage and audit stockroom inventory Perform device refreshes and on‑site installations Deliver clear installation overviews and site‑specific guidance to customers Handle customer issues with professionalism and escape when needed Assist with equipment deliveries and storage Support AV troubleshooting and resolution Maintain accurate paperwork and work assignments What You’ll Bring 2‑4 years of experience in IT support or hardware maintenance Advanced troubleshooting PC software and operating systems (Windows 10, Mac, Linux, Android) Networking interfaces Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication A customer‑first mindset with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Teams A collaborative spirit with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients Ready to take your tech skills to the next level?
