Role Overview Working alongside Project Managers, Draftspersons and Workshop teams to contribute to project tender submissions, preparation, construction and commissioning of a wide range of water and waste water treatment projects. Utilising existing skills to aid in the development of conceptual designs including technical specifications to meet engineering standards and requirements whilst also exceeding client expectations. The successful candidate will either currently reside in Mackay, Queensland or be willing to relocate. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the combined Engineering, Project and Workshop team functions for client tenders and projects. Assist with inspecting work and overseeing construction of sub contracted product and services when necessary / required. Aid with, or conduct, on-site project commissioning and training as per product / engineering specifications. Develop and maintain skills, technical and product knowledge. Hold an Engineering qualification in a Mechanical / Chemical / Civil field Attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential Experience within the pumping / water / waste water / filtration industry is an advantage Experience in tender submissions and processes is desirable All applications will be handled confidentially.
