Paediatric Disability Support Worker

We have an opportunity for a reliable and committed Support Worker in Cheltenham to support a 6 year old boy who has a tracheostomy. This role involves assisting with daily activities, whilst maintaining a safe environment. Given the specialised nature of the role, disability support experience is required. Training will be provided to facilitate a smooth transition. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on support and care Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, and medication administration) Tracheostomy care and suctioning Administer PEG feeding Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and the client's family to deliver holistic care. Hours Available Tuesday 1pm - 7pm Thursday 5pm - 5am Sunday 5am - 11am Requirements Minimum 2 years of disability support experience required, preferably with pediatric clients First Aid & CPR certification must be current within 2 years Certificate NDIS Workers Screening Check / Module Working with Children Clearance Police Check Fluency in English Tracheostomy care for right candidate (training can be provided) Driver's licence Day rates $44 p/h, Evening rate $47 p/h, Night rates $49 p/h Please send your resume to *******@tuluacareandservices.com.au Only short listed applicants will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
