Strategic Member Engagement Manager 12 Month Fixed Term Contract on a Full Time Basis Senior Member Engagement Manager with experience in both Strategic Marketing and Member Engagement CBD based with hybrid work flexibility SAS Trustee Corporation (STC) operates to invest, support and administer defined benefit superannuation schemes worth approximately $42 billion, on behalf of the NSW Government and associated employers. A brand-new opportunity has become available for an experience strategic marketing and member engagement professional to join one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and working alongside both the CXO and CEO, this role develops and manages State Super’s Member Experience Strategy, encompassing all aspects of the journey including understanding member needs, services delivery strategies, organisational positioning, policy development, financial viability, and risk management. The incumbent will have specific responsibilities for elements of the strategy especially around organisational positioning, where their superior communications skills will be well regarded. This is a senior strategic role for a broad marketing focussed business executive who can synthesise a whole diversity of challenges into a focussed strategic plan that will be executed by the business.
