This is the position for you We are recruiting a Physiotherapist to support the growth of our Bicton clinic as a part of WA Health Group. We have multiple clinics across Central and South of the River. Our clinics have the capacity to support a graduate physiotherapist looking to break in to private practice or to cater to the growth of an established Physiotherapist looking to find a niche market. WA Health Group is a family of like‑minded allied health professionals who provide high value, evidence based healthcare to community members south of the river. We are collaborative and value Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians, Massage Therapists, and Occupational Therapists working together to provide outcome based health services. Our clinics are beautiful, with modern private consulting rooms, fully functioning gyms and wellness centres so you can best help clients achieve their goals. Role Requirements Confident communicator skilled to develop quick rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with clients The application of a client‑centric biopsychosocial approach to your consultations and all follow up care using the clinical translational framework Develop a personal brand and promote yourself amongst our health group and the local community Want to niche into an area of community Physiotherapy Training in Clinical Pilates preferred but not required WA Health Group cares about you and our team’s development, and offers group professional development opportunities, monthly growth coaching with clinic owners, clinical mentoring with titled Physiotherapists and social events throughout the year. You will build your personal brand and client list and be confident with conducting group exercise classes (e.g. clinical Pilates, GLAD and functional strength group). You will be offered a professional development allowance of $1000 per annum to facilitate your career growth. You will demonstrate clinical competency through recognised university training and registration, and a strong desire to grow and nurture a caseload. Remuneration is offered on a salary basis, with full leave entitlements and a bonus structure. There will be a probationary period for the role with permanency for high performing team players. You will be offered a clear career pathway based on your career goals, and WA Health Groups growth plan.
