About Our Client

Our client is an Australian-owned leading steel pallet hiring and sale business, having been in operation for over 40 years, establishing themselves as a top provider within their industry Nationally. They pride themselves on keeping in close contact with their customers and markets, manufacturing high quality products within Australia and looking after their team Nationally for mutual success

Job Description
Identify current and upcoming market opportunities for the business through various business development strategies including cold calls and walk ins
Build and maintain relationships with key clients
Work closely with key stakeholders, driving solutions and long term relationships
Working closely with the National Sales Manager to drive sales strategies
Field based sales position, with Mondays in the office planning the week and the remainder days visiting clients on the road
The Successful Applicant
Experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Representative
Ability to drive new business with a hunter mentality
Excellent customer service, communication and negotiating abilities
Motivated and determined, with the ability to prioritise and understand urgency when working with clients
Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for your own activity and delivery of outcomes

Early finish on a Friday at 2pm to finish the week
Finish the day at 3pm from home to cover any administration for the day
Reporting directly into the National Sales Manager, reporting on and running activities for the WA State
