What's on Offer Salary-based position with annual range $90,000–$110,000 plus super, plus bonus incentives rewarding KPI attainment and assessment completion. Uncapped professional development allowance to support you in progressing your skills and career. Work–life balance with 25 in-clinic hours per week and flexibility to complete admin and reports from home. Structured onboarding consisting of reduced KPIs for up to three months and gradual caseload introduction overseen by heads of department. Lucrative incentive scheme with potential to earn up to $130,000 per annum based on performance. Paid time off for programme development and up to 10 weeks annual leave when designing holiday packs. About the Practice Salary-based employment within a close-knit multidisciplinary team of eight clinicians and administrative support.
